Serving all of Connecticut, however there may be a travel fee if the event is more than 30 miles outside of our home base, but we are always willing to travel!

 School Vacations: September-June

50% non-refundable deposit at booking once contract is signed

Remaining balance due at least 48 hours prior to event

 

(Before reaching out, make sure to measure your space so you know we will have room to accommodate you!

Each Glampout set up takes up roughly 4 feet X 6.5 feet of space---most of the time moving furniture may be necessary)

2-3 guests: $350

4-5 guests: $425

6 guests: $500

What’s Included:

· Delivery & Set-up on the morning of your event

· Full breakdown on the day after your event

(All items are laundered before and after each event to ensure a safe, clean & comfortable environment)

· Accessory rental includes personalized welcome sign, teepee’s, twin size air mattress, fitted sheet, throw blanket, bed tray, throw pillows, fairy lights & decorations to fit your theme including battery operated lanterns with flameless candles

​

· Keepsake accessories include personalized mini chalkboards hanging on each teepee with your guests’ names, personalized eye masks with each guest’s name & a toothbrush and travel size toothpaste for each guest
